Hidden
Biogas flaring systems
Organics offers a variety of flaring equipment for different applications and environmental situations. Flaring equipment ranges from small open flares for landfill sites with low gas production to new landfill sites or sewage treatment plants where biogas is produced constantly. Our technology has been used on over 300 projects around the world and continues to provide a reliable and cost-effective service.
Landfill gas control
Organics has designed and constructed landfill gas control systems around the world. These range from passive systems installed to provide a barrier between an old landfill site, to power generation installations.
Biogas utilisation systems
The use of biogas as a fuel is a tried and tested technology that has been employed by site operators for many years. The success of failure can depend on the objective of the system, and the importance of a comprehensive desk and field study cannot be emphasised sufficiently. Organics has installed many power generation systems around the world and has undertaken intial trials to show the commercial viability of many more.
Carbon emissions reduction systems
The use of biogas as a means of reducing the emissions of carbon to the atmosphere is a tried and tested technique. In this way, not only are emissions from human activities are controlled but a value is placed on the damaging effects of industrial activity.
Landfill leachate collection systems
Despite many years of technological advance, the treatment of leachate remains one of the industry conundrums in that its nature and chemical composition is ever-changing and never constant. For this reason, it is critical to know as much about the characteristics of the leachate to be treated before an adequate solution can be applied.
Landfill leachate & wastewater treatment systems
The unique and constantly evolving nature of leachate signifies that not only must the chemical composition of the leachate be closely monitored but the method of treatment should be sufficiently flexible to be adapted to the changing nature of the medium. Over the years, Organics has installed and commissioned several different types of leachate treatment solutions that remain fit for purpose.
